Speaker Information & Resources

Thank you for your interest in speaking at The Artist’s Growth Summit. I’m so excited to team up with you to pull off an incredible event!

The Artist’s Growth Summit is a 2-day event that will help entrepreneurial artists grow and scale their creative business.

On this page, you’ll find resources meant to make speaking as easy as possible and answer any questions you have. If you run into a question I didn’t answer, email me at summit@DotsandDigitsAccounting.com.

How it Will Work

The Artist’s Growth Summit will run from March 11th - 12th. Presentations will include 15 - 20 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch).

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

***Please note, we do require all speakers to post about the summit at least 3 times and send 1 newsletter out during the promotion window.

During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the All Access Pass. This includes an all-access pass for the replays, extended replays, speaker premium bonuses, and speaker giveaways (if you wish to participate). This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring leads and grow your email list. Yay!

What I’ll Ask of You

So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it!

1

BASIC INFORMATION

The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers page, things like a headshot and bio.

Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.

Basic information is due by February 4th, 2026.

2

Presentation

Next up is your presentation! This is a 15-20 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap.

If you’d like to go with the interview-style presentation, you will be able to schedule an interview with me. We’ll work together to come up with questions.

No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A quick introduction

  • An overview of your topic

  • Teaching section

  • Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch

Presentations are due by February 27th, 2026.

3

All Access Pass Contribution

The All Access Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

  • Templates

  • Workbooks

  • Courses (big or small)

  • 1-month memberships

  • eBooks

Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

Information for these resources is due on February 18th, 2026. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.

Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when the summit opens on March 11th, 2026.

4

Promotion

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Because of that, everyone is required to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on February 25th, 2026.

Copy and graphics to come.

5

Event Participation

And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!

If you would like to participate in some extra face time, we will be having two live panels with speakers. You can choose to participate in both days or just one. This will give attendees the chance to attend the live events and ask you questions in real time.

Phew, that was a lot to cover - thank you for making it this far!
